Look for a sim that has clothes, hair, and eyes that are not in the game by clicking on one and viewing the outfits and stuff. Then if you download that sims to your game, you might get lucky and get free custom content! I works, I have alot of skins in my game and I got all of them free from the exchange. Happy Simming :)
