You can get the legendary magma sword for 150 gold in the weapon shop in oaklore keep and the flambe in yulggar's shop. You also can get a DA weapon called drake's blessing and other non DA fire weapons at the fire cave near warlic's tent. Note: it might take a lot of tries until you get the drake's blessing.

firstly if you have not unlocked the locker saga in Falconreach then you need to unlock it. If you have unlocked it then click on the button in the top right corner of the fishing wharf located to the east of Falconreach. Once you have clicked on the button then it will show a short clip, then after click dunk and you will arrive at a city underwater. Look at the sign post,head towards the town from where the sign post is pointing where it is. Go straight ahead past Aquella then go to the weapon store on the left of you.Note:you must be level 20 or higher to use one of the water weapons. Hope this helps.
