Where can you buy war hammers in runescape?

Several options:

1. Buy it at the Grand Exchange. You can buy most items at the Grand Exchange (near Varrock).
2. Look at the World Map; there should be a specialized shop.
3. Make it yourself - take a hammer and some metal bars (e.g., bronze bars, iron bars, etc.) to an anvil (there is one just south of Varrock's western bank). Use the metal bar on the anvil.

You may pick up a hammer in the upstairs of the forge in Falador, or may receive one for free from the Lumbridge General Store.
