∙ 15y agoThe Sims can only be purchased through a software retailer. Downloaded versions of The Sims are illegal and will leave you open to prosecution. Although, downloading the full version of The Sims may be illegal... you can download and version of The Sims that was made specifically for people to download. Although, you will still have to purchase the game license after your free trial is up. Unfortunately, this version of The Sims is only available on PC. If you don't have a PC to do this, you may want to consider installing a Windows OS on your mac using either BootCamp, or Parallels Desktop.
