No, not conventionally. It was released for the Game Boy Advance. Theoretically, it is possible to use an emulator though. The sprites have been taken from the game, dso there's no reason why the entire game couldn't have been copied too.

There is no sonic jam PC game. its only to the sega Saturn. you can play it with an emulator.
