Where can you find salamence on Pokemon Emerald?

you can't find a salamence but you can make it evolve from a bagon which evolves into shelgon at level 30and make shelgon evolve into salamence at level 50

what i would say is that you will need to beat the 8th gym because if you go back to where the proffeser with the medirote was stolen you will se water go into it then go up the waterfall next you will have to battle some gradon people keep going until u find yourself at a wate and a waterfall go up the waterfall you will find nothing there go on land run around only a bagon will appear *WARNING* there is only one bagon if you make it faint you won't get another chance

You find it as a Bagon in Meteor Falls. You need HM03 Surf and Waterfall (HM06 if I'm not wrong). Then surf in Meteor Falls, climb the Waterfall and keep going deeper in until you reach a long cavern with lots of water and a small patch on land. Keep running in there and there is a small chance you will find a Bagon. Level it up and it will become a Salamence.
