The black-onyx stone in my grad ring turned out to be plastic and melted. Real stones do not melt. Jostens refuses to accept responsibility. My friend's brother paid for a gold ring with a diamond, but ended up with pewter and glass. Jostens is ripping-off graduates, and getting away with it. They have a monopoly on grad rings, so they can do whatever they want. They know students aren't jewelers, we can't tell if a stone is real or not. So they take advantage and steal, cheat, lie and fraud. Beware!
