Where do you catch regice in Pokemon ranger shadows of almia?

Hey guys, i have the game. To get Regirock or "Find it normally" you have to beat the game and go way down to the "What color was the rose in Roserade's right hand" quest, and yes you need a floatzel and a Pokemon with the 5 crush ability AKA: Garchomp at the hippodawn temple where you have to get PAST (RIGHT AFTER) with the part with those tiles with the arrows on them TO THE ROOM WITH THE TWO BELLOSOM AND THE GARCHOMP, NOT THE ESPEON ROOM OR THE TYRANITAR ROOM. You don't have to do the roserade quest. Use floatzel in the vein forest where blastoise is and keep going up till you get to the waterfall part. get off at the ledge where you see the waterfall. go down all the way past the part with all those little parts of grass just growing randomly. and go all the way down from there. when you finally reach the end I thiknk there should be a Roserade and next to it there will be a cave i forget if there is a Pokemon in it but there is a stone where you crush and it will be a Regirock. (improing by 01037 >>>>) some people say once you catch them you can't catch them again it is not true. but if you used them to get regigigas then it may but i havn't got that far yet some try to inform me thx.

To catch Regice, you'll have to beat the game. Then, grab a Magmortar from Boyleland's Volcano Cave (left entrance you'll need lotsa drifloon). You'll find him in the second area of the Volcano Cave just before you're about to enter the third area. Once you have him, go to Almia Castle and follow the path until you are at the room where you met Mismagius. There you'll see an ice column which you have to Target Clear with Magmortar. After that, Regice will appear ready to be captured.

To start of once you complete the game you know the stream you go down to go to crysta cave. Well go the opposite direction and you'll go down a waterfall. Get of the floatzel and go to the bottom of the area and you'll find a cave near a roserade. In there you'll find a statue that needs a crush 5. There you'll find Regirock. in order to get regigigas in pokemon ranger shadows of almia, you have to capture all 266 pokemon and register them in your browser. then go to the ranger union and chairperson erma will tell you that in hippowdon temple, a new area has opened up. go through the puzzles untill you get to the arrow puzzle. in the middle of the room their is a whirlpool of sand. make sure you have the 3 regis ( regirock, regice, registeel ) with you in order to catch regigigas. once you have placed the regis on their panels, a door will open up. if you enter, you will be facing regigigas. he may be the hardest boss because whenever he walks, he crates a shockwave that gives you 18 damage. be careful and good luck!

If you go inside the ruins, there's a bizarre, metallic, almost lever-looking crystal thing. Get a Gallade, which you can find in Altru Tower, to chop the thing and Registeel will appear.
