Well I only know one way but you need a wii and you need to download the Nintendo channel from the wii shop for free. Go to the DS download station and on your wii go to the Nintendo channel and go to the ds downloads section or whatever it's called. You can download a fire, water, air, or neutral fossil egg there. If you are at chapter 4 or have already beaten chapter 4, you can do this. To get them go to the fossil lawn in the park area to get them. If you can't find them just click "A" on the things that look like clumps of dirt.
