Where do you find a transmitter on the sims 2 castaway ps2?

i don't understand your quistion.

the transmitter is by the airplane in areoplane jungle but tis very hard to find because you can't see it.

you make a radio transmitter by putting a radio and transmitter together..

this has taken so long for me to find and some back cracking effort to do because i had the wrong info.. if you want the transmitter go to SOUTH RIVER JUNGLE and look in the crack of the airplain, there should be a satalight looking thing sitting next to the airplain walk around it and click on it ..then put it in your inventory- next if you have the radio go to either the crystal island that is unlocked later in the game or go to the volcanoe submitt and take the radio out of your invetory by pressing start and going to the the bag option and pushing r1 once then finding the radio .. then go to either of the two islandsthat i told you to go .set down the radio and go to the option that says "more" then "repair transmitter" and tada :]

There is no option that says 'more.' I'm still stuck with the transmitter that won't repair-what do I do?

The transmitter is at the second island, at the first entrance to the dark cave. or maybe it's somewhere on the second island. all i remember is that it's somewhere on the second island.

It is by the airplane on the second island.

The radio is in airplane jungle on the second island near the plane wreckage.

You have to get the airplane radio don't turn it on and it will say more click it then click sens SOS signal but it wont do it unless your on top of the volcano hoped i helped!
