You get the "Sir Jings" weapons in dragonfable by going to oaklore. The knight you have to talk to is in the room left of the main room where captain Rolith is standing. He should be standing next to a catapult, and when you talk to him he will have a quest labeled "Sir Jing" or "Sir Jings weapons". You have to do a quest to get them, though.
