If you mean on mythology island what you do is:

First you need to go onto Mythology island.

Next go past Hercs Hut and the gym then you will see a sign that says grove of the temples. Go foward.

Once you are in the grove of the temples you will see a big building with musical notes on it. go inside.

Then you go inside until you get to the middle of the temple and you will see a basket of pipes. Click on the basket and there you go! If you want to know which statue to ask to teach you a song go over to the second set of statues and you will see one with a pipe. Click on her and she will ask how she can inspire you, click on the choice that says can you teach me a song on my pipe, she will give you a song and music paper with the song on it. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
