I do not think you can find a Fire Stone in any dungeon. The easier way to get is that you might need to use Wonder Mail. You can make Fire Stone as a reward. you can get one from the pokeathlon but ya needs to have enoughs points for it. it usually 2500 points but sometimes 3000 points. hope i helped
