There are only 4 bottles in total that you can get in the game- the first one is in Ordon Village, the second one is sold to you by the guy that gives you the lantern for 100 rupees, the third one is given to you by Jovani when you find 20 poe souls and the last one is found by going into Hena's fishing hole near the sign that tells you not to litter. Nearby should be a small bridge and on the side that is opposite to the pond; fish there to get the bottle.
You get all the bottles through your journey, except for one you have to buy.

In "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time," the bottle modifier is a glitch that allows players to manipulate the contents of Link's bottles. By performing specific actions, players can change what items are stored in the bottles, such as duplicating items or obtaining items that are normally not found in bottles. This technique can enhance gameplay and enable unique item combinations, making it a popular aspect among speedrunners and glitch enthusiasts. However, it requires precise execution and can lead to unexpected results in the game.
