When you go see Maggie Chow, she will say she was a friend of your brothers and a whole lot of other stuff. Lies. She says the police have the sword in their basement. Lies. However, the code that she gives you for the police basement is worth checking out because there' a whole lot of weapons and ammo there. Anyway, the Dragon's Tooth is in Maggie Chow's apartment. Look around for where the Maid was standing when you came in. There is a paper lantern on ceiling. if you right click it, it'll reveal a secret room. Be careful though. There are 4 MJ12 guards inside. One of them is carrying a plasma gun. Crouch and hack or use the login 'mchow/insurgent" to release the case holding the sword. Then run. But of course, you will go check out the police station to make sure Maggie is a liar before doing what I just told you. Otherwise it's cheating.
