First you go to celadon city. Go left from celadon and there should be a snorlax, or there was if you have fought it already. Right before it there is a tree you can cut down. Use cut and follow the road into the building. There is an old man who will say, "How'd you get in? Good effort!" Continue out the other side of the building. There will be a house just outside the building. Inside there is a girl who will give you the HM Fly

You get the Fifth gym badge (Your Dad) and get Surf from Wally's parents. You then go to Mauville City, and go east until you reach the water. Surf accross the water, then at the first oportunity go north, east, then north again. Keep going north and following the path, you should reach the Weather Institute, and you will have to defeat Team Aqua or Magma before you proceed. After you do that, exit the Weather Institute, and go east, and follow the path. Your rival will battle you, and if you win, she or he gives you HM 02 Fly.
