The Thicket around beach III near lilth harbor. if he is not thr, try another channel. a lot of people kill him since he drops a rainbow shell. the rainbow shell turns u into a snail for an hour unless u get hit in snail form. once someone kills mano, it takes about 1 hour for him to spawn again since he is a boss. bosses are on timers. if you get up early in the morning, he will be in every cc. like maybe at 6:30 or so. i did this once, now i have 13 rainbow shells =P Hope this helps.
