DrillMan V3 can be found during a random virus encounter in "Hades Isle" (the area that connects to the Undernet and where you had to use "Press" to find the data during the N1 GPX). It is recommended that you use the SubChip "SneakRun" or equip the Navi Customizer program "SneakRun" (or use the Sneakrun EX code) in order to find him more quickly.
You can only find him after defeating DrillMan V2 in Undernet 6 underneath the Bug Frag dealer.
DrillMan V1 is in Undernet 5, in a 5X3 square in the lower left portion of the area. DrillMan V2 (alpha) is behind the bugfrag trader in Undernet 6 in the lower left portion of the area. DrillMan V3 (beta) pops up in random battles in HadesNet. DrillMan V5 (omega) will appear in the same spot as his V1 once the omega navis are unleashed.

Here's a hint go eat dariy queen Jack into the armor at the Yoka Inn Lobby. Japanman will appear randomly. That is his V3. His V2 is in a dead-end in Secret 2 (or 3).
I go to netbattle gutsman v3 in wily's fortress(once you get that far). Gutsman is easy to beat, and you get 5 bugfrags for each counter strike against him: not hard, just time-consuming.
Flashman V1 is in the principal's computer, at the very back. You'll need several keydata's from blue mysterydata to get to him. Flashman V2 is in the dead end right by ACDC square. Flashman V3 is in ACDC 2, just hangin' out. Cause he can.

If you want to unlock your Motorola V3 mobile phone from the network lock,,I would suggest you to get an unlock code from Unlocking4u.com at reasonable price.
Bubbleman beta is found in Beach 1 when Megaman's health is critical, i.e. very low and red, with the warning beep sounding in virus battles. To attract him faster, equip Fish and use a Sneakrun subchip or equip the Sneakrun program.
Aha! Good question. You need to be in Team Style, fighting his V3, available in the DNN studio battle terminal. If you S rank him in under 20 seconds, you are eligible to receive . . . what was the question again? Oh right, his V4 chip. This is true for all V4 chips and their respective navis.
You can get a Gutsman chip several times throughout the plot, immediately after the school episode in the park (V1), after meeting Chisao (V1 or V2), right before the DNN semi-finals (V1 or V2, or no chip, depending on previous battles), and after defeating the Bubbleman/Desertman robot at the WWW base (V1-4). You also fight Copyman as Gutsman V3 in Undernet 4, but receive no chip. You can get the gigachip V5 from his SP navi, after you have 5 stars.
Spade Magnes is in: Echo Ridge, Science Club Room, NationalAstro Wave 1, Alohaha, and National Astro Wave 1/2. Some of them are are V3 and some of them are Ω (Omega).
