Where is Octopusesrates in Maplestory?

Octopirates are a mob that you need to kill in order to pass a canoneer quest and collect its items. when you job advance at lvl 30, you will need to defeat a stonger version of it. at nautilus, they appear in the scenery but are not attackible.
