Poseidon's throne room is to the right of the Hydra cave. Go immediately right when you get to the Hydra cave. You will see a part of rock that sticks out. That needs to be moved out of the way before you can get the trident. Hercules has to stomp on it.

What you do is go to Aphrodite who is on the beach and answer her questions and she will give you a magical mirror to transport you to places you've been. then go to Hercules in the hero hut and tell him to go with you, he will say that he is to lazy.then tell him that you have Aphrodite's mirror and use it to go to poseidon's realm, he will move a rock out of the way revealing an entrance to Poseidon's palace. Talk to Poseidon and he will give you the trident.
