Its north of fallador.You go out the north exit of fallador and u walk along the wall to east. there u will find a cave. Enter it. There will then be a purple portal. Enter it and u are in Fist of guthix.
there is bunches of ways but for non members the best way is yews and for members i think its herbs for yews i found a little place just south of fallador and for herbs i hear some monsters drop them when they die or you can do herblore or something there is also green drags for members
