when you get done battling the 5 kimno girls a girl will run in and tell them that she saw a shadow of a Pokemon and the girls will wait for at bell tower. when you get up there they will do spirit dance and ho-oh will come. what i did was i used the master ball on ho-oh. he is a lv 41 so i hoped that helped.
