The DLC game for Red Dead Redemption, Undead Nightmare ends with the main character John Marston retrieving an ancient cursed artifact from another character in the game who's name is Seth. he then takes this artifact and retures it to its rightful resting place in a temple in Mexico. after so, all who were infected by the supernatural infection return to normal. Including John marstons wife and son who were infected at the beginning of the game.
Then you become a zombie and that's it you probably didn't do the side missions
