Where is sudowoodo in Pokemon ranger guardian signs?

Above the Aqua Resort,there's a road. You could use Suicune or Raikou to get Sudowoodo. While on Suicune hop onto the water to the piece of land with the "tree". With Raikou, hop from each piece of land until you get to the one with the "tree". You'll need a pokemon with Soak. Use soak on the "tree" and it will turn back into Sudowoodo.Happy Capturing!
