well Bigfoot and leatherface are both fiction they gust put it in the game to scar you and King Kong is also fake.But before that me and my brother both thinked that all of them were real and I have all ready beat the game.So I looked for them and no sign of them all.

Unfortunately in the PS2 Version he has never been found, but certain elements of him have, so I'm not saying there's no possibility, and originally in the game there was a bigfoot but it the guy who put it in was asked to take it out, and similar to the leatherface myth there are still elements, such as bigfoot footprints. For leatherface his weelchair and glendale have been found, and in the pantoptican (the lumberjack place) there is a chainsaw and small huts with bloodstained floors. If you're using the PC version, and you want to play the game with Leatherface or other myths, I advise you install MOD's to the game, it's legal and I think it's free, and will make the game really fun ;)
