first, you get the pea gun from the officer guy, then you shoot the key down from the bird that you saw earlier. Open the gate and just ride the coaster thing until it stops and then there it is!

The blue tulip is in a cave at the upper right side of Rock Ridge.

To the right of the train tracks is a door that is locked. You have to go to the left, and there will be a bird sitting on the roof. Click on it, and you will shoot the key out of its claws. Pick it up and you can enter the rather unsafe mine.

Go right and you begin the mine cart mini-game. All you do, repeatedly, is to shoot the red targets so that the switches send you to a safe track.

At the end of the ride, collect the blue flower and (after the cave-in) climb out of the mine. You will be on the other side of town, so you may have to call your horse with the whistle. Take the blue flower to the big-headed kid in Dos Cactos (right side, Dos) and he will give you one half of the gang's hideout map.
