Where is the key to save the third spy on spy island?

You find the third spy on the very top of the roof above the monkey mechanic! you actually need both your camo suit and the bow tie to get to her. Also when you do find her, shes in a cage so you have to use the cherry bombs to blow up her cage...and you get the cherry bombs to her with the help of some bouncy flowers this would help

On the rooftops above Balding Avenue, in a greenhouse.

To get to the Third Spy

On Balding Avenue, use your grapple bowtie to go up the building to the right of the Grease Monkey garage. At the top, you can enter the "Rooftops". From there, you put on your Chameleon Suit and grapple left to the next building, which is guarded and has lasers to keep you from going up. Instead, go farther left to the red building, and climb that one. At the top, you can grapple right to get to the tower. (A friendly spy suggests this.) Enter the tube to rescue the third spy from the Greenhouse.

There is no key to the cage lock. Use a Cherry Bomb to blast the cage open.

Click the Cherry Bomb tree at the bottom right in the greenhouse. You will have about 40 seconds to get it close to the cage before it explodes (you can get as many bombs as you need). Get a cherry bomb and push it left onto the springy "trampoline plant" which will throw it up and to the right. Follow it and avoid the attacking plants. Push it left again on to the second plant, which will throw it up near the cage. Quickly climb up and push it closer to the lock before it explodes.

The 3rd spy will give you the Ultra Vision Goggles, which sees lasers. Once you have the Fingerprint from the BAD Bistro, you can enter the satellite hideout to the right of Toupee Terrace.
