once you beat the little ghost baby the locked door will become unlocked. once you enter the once locked door you go straight left. if it is locked you need a key. you can get it by going to the fortune teller's room and lighting all the candles. you can do that by going all the way right in the fortune teller's room and defeating the ghosts and unlocking the fire element. you light all the candles, get the key, lights Mr. Shivers' candles, follow him into the laundry room, he will go into another room, you get him, and then you have unlocked the laundry room.
