if you go to Gino's restaurant there's a house next to it walk over to the house and go behind it if you walk to the right there will be a rock between 2 trees behind the fence just click on it

There are two statues of pigs on either side of that part of town. They are looking at the place where the map is kept. Sorry, I don't know where the map is exactly.
