Alright, either find a wonder mail S password that would offer it as a job reward (not possible to get one as a reward for any job generated by the game) or get a Diamond explorer rank which allows Golden chamber, treasure-hunting, and sealed chamber jobs. The box you get as a reward for a Treasure-hunting job MAY yield a Secret Slab or a Mystery Part. --LordDraconus

You get the StonePlate or Enigma part by doing missions on the left bulletin board "help me find the secret slab" or something like that
