Go to "baby note book", the options tab, "save" , then press "the r button, x button, and b button" to delete the profile
To save in "Bratz Forever Diamondz" for the Nintendo DS, you need to find a save point, typically indicated by a pink star icon. Approach the save point and press the appropriate button to save your progress. Remember to save frequently to avoid losing any game data. Additionally, make sure your DS has adequate battery life to prevent losing your save if the device powers off unexpectedly.
That depends on the game. Usually there is a menu option to delete your save file. For a lot of Mario games you can hold L+R+A+B+X+Y on the Nintendo logo screen to delete your save file. See the instruction manual for the game. Note that DS save files are saved to the game card, not the console. So if you play the same card in another DS your save file will still be there.
If your in story mode you can hit x button while you are on the map
The Nintendo DS does not specifically have a 'c' button.
To delete your save file on "Lord of the Rings: Conquest" for the DS, start by turning on the game. On the title screen, hold down the L and R buttons simultaneously.
