The first spy is on the roof at the docks. ( but first you must get the camouflage suit ) The second spy is at the house with the zapper windows. First of all,you need a chamellion suit. You get the suit by going to Spyglass Eyewear.Then,talk to Doctor Spyglass,and ask for an eye exam.Click the opposite letter.So,if he points to W you'll click M.Then he'll say that Director D. sent you and to follow him.Then,you'll go outside and climb up the ladder nextdoor.Once you go in you'll see Director D.,talk to him.He'll give you the suit.Put the suit on and head to the docks.Go all the way up,and you'll see a b.a.d guard and a house. Go inside and pass all the dogs.Next,you'll see a spy. Jump on the thing above the door.Then,jump on the one with boxes.After that you'll see like a sliding board thing go in it,click on the spy,and he'll give you a laser pen and some papers,I think.

The 3rd agent is at Balding Avenue. Climb up the building "Grease Monkey". Then climb up the brown building above Grease Monkey.You'll need your bowtie. Go to the Rooftops. There are 2 ways to get to the pipe where the agent is. You can use your camo suit and go on to the silver building at the left, and climb up the side of the building without letting the bad guy see you or the laser hit you. Or, you can use your bowtie to go past the silver building to the brown building, climb up the sattelite tower, and grab on to the antennae on the silver building, and go inside the building. Then go to the Cherry bomb tree, click on the bomb, and move it to the flower on the ground to make it fly to the next platform. Watch out for the biting plants!

The 2nd spy to rescue is in the attic of the building with electrified windows on Toupee Terrace. You need the Laser Pen to free him. Climb up the windows without being zapped, timing your jumps to land when the electricity is off. (Use the small ledges and rooftops where possible.) Cut open the bars by pointing and moving the Laser Pen, and go inside to rescue the 2nd spy. He will give you the Grappling Bowtie.

The 3rd spy to rescue is in a greenhouse on the Rooftops. Once you have rescued the second spy from the electrified house on Toupee Terrace, go to the Grease Monkey garage on Balding Avenue and use the grapple to climb the building.

Once of the rooftops, put on your chameleon suit and grapple across to the guarded building on your left. Continue to the red building farther left, then climb up to the radio tower. At the top, a friendly spy suggests that you grapple back to the right to reach the top of the guarded building. You will find an entrance to the atrium greenhouse where the spy is held in a locked cage.
