Where is the smoke bomb on San Andreas?

They are tear gas, rather than smoke bombs. You can find them in GTA San Andreas at these locations:

• Los Santos, Ocean Docks - near some boxes in a warehouse beside the railway.
• Los Santos, Mullholland Intersection - on some steps of a building west of the car park, and North of the Zip store in Downtown.
• San Fierro, Easter Basin - inside the aircraft carrier in the Easter Basin naval yard.
• Las Venturas, Airport - Next to some Shamal jets, left of the Control Tower.
• Las Venturas, KACC Military Fuel Depot - found on the tarmac.
