Basicly the star level tool is on the top left of the screen to get to each level of the star tool you need to do favours for your sims you can build them houses you can make them things and once you get to four stars and your scale is nearly up to five u need to make sure you have something to do to help some one to get five stars because im at tht stage and i cant get five stars because i havnt got anything to do. hope this helps you and good luck with the game ;P xx
