When GTA San Andreas starts, CJ is wearing his basic outfit of tee shirt, jeans and sneaks. After the mission Nines & AKs, Sweet will ring CJ and tell him to go to Binco (near the gym) and buy some clothes in gang colours (green). After that, as the game progresses, the various areas will open up and CJ will be able to shop at the other outlets as his pot of money grows. After Binco he can also shop at SubUrban, which is just up the road in Jefferson. The various clothes outlets throughout the game are:
