Where is voltorb on PokePark Wii?

it is on stark mountain go next to where you got magma stone (right) go right as fae as you can and voltorb will be there somewhere. but you need action re-play becaus yoy need to be able to run through walls

there is no way to do this without action re-play

yes you can get voltorb without ar all u need 2 do is get national pokedex then go 2 route 218 near canalav city

Well I haven't masterd the game or anything but I serched it and turns out it's in a pot in gengars room in the haunted zone PS. I haven't tested yet so don't fully bellive me, Hope it helps.

voltorb is in the same room as gengar. break the vase in the corner of the room

The haunted zone in the room with the picture of Gengar is dash into the Vase it will break and voltorb will come out
