Then the "Recover the Precious Egg" mission is added to the "Play a Special Mission" menu. Good luck! There is only one valid reason why the password menu would not come up on the Ranger Net section. Have you completed the Manaphy egg mission? If that's so, the password section will be taken up by the "Check the Egg" section. And if you have transfered the Manaphy egg, the password feature still won't come up as after you complete that mission, it won't recognise the cheat anymore.
