Either:
1) buy a games necklace, and teleport to burthorpe games rooms.
then walk up the stairs (twice) and out of the castle.
there is a bar south-east of the exit, enter it.
behind the bar is a trapdoor, go down it to find the Store.

2) walk to burthorpe, locate pub, and enter the store.
