You don't need Action Replay to get easy money. Just play animal crossing for 5 mins, then turn off and go to the ds date and change it to day:29, month:10, year:2000. Then go back on and you will have 999,999 bells in your town hall account or mailbox. By the way, it only works on wild world and doesn't work on dsi. Hope it helps!
As of yet you can't download GameCube Games (Legally).
The Wii plays them however there isn't a system category for GameCube games.
I'd suggest buying it or waiting for the next generation Nintendo Console- maybe then we'll be able to download GameCube Games.

there is one money cheat but it doesnt always work you set the clock on animal crossing to as early as it will go (about the year 2000) and then in the year 2000 save as many bells as you have into the bank/town hall and then save and quit, after that go on it again set the clock to as late as it will go (about the year 2099) and then hopefully you will have a letter in your mailbox saying you got loads of bells from interest, hope this cheat works for you!
