There is no exact way to get modded guns/shields in the game unless you make it yourself. This is a very complicated process and I would not reccomend it. Though if you have the good fourtune of playing the game with someone who as a modded sheild/gun, then all you have to do is have them drop it and you pick it up. You then boot them from the game and have them rejoin. When they come back you and they will both have the same item. Hope this helps.
