To get the camera,go to CJ`s (your main character) main house near Sweet and Ryder and go Upstairs.Next,go at the other side of the closet then you can see there a bed.Beside it lies the camera you are finding

When you start meeting a character named Playboy X, start doing his missions. On his 2nd or 3rd Playboy X Mission, he will give you a new cell phone which will allow you to take a picture. During that mission, you have to take a picture of a certain group in the Basketball court and send the picture back to Playboy X. Once you got the right person you have to assassinate, you get a new mission to kill them. Best way to kill them is to just shoot them head on with any fast-rate gun. DO NOT SNIPE them, because it'll take too long to kill the others and they will drive off.

Then after you did all that, you win a nice cell phone [Or you can fail and still have the cell phone, just make sure to save]

There are cameras in various places in San Andreas, but the handiest one is situated in the bedroom of CJ's safehouse in Ganton.

Another one in the area of a safehouse is at the side of the Burger Shot in Doherty, San Fierro (near the Cobra Gym).
