You press the cheat button I have gotten to the cheats menu. All you have to do is press and hold: R1, L1, R2, L2, Circle, X, Left, Down. Then release R2 and L2. Now go to settings and press Triangle, Up, Up, X, Triangle, Triangle. Then jump off of the very top of the Empire State Building. Then for Green Goblin type in "deadlocked". For Venom type in "poisonfang". For Sandman type in "dryground".
