No npc's sell onyx rings. An Onyx ring is made by using a gold bar, an onyx and a ring mould on a furnace. It requires a crafting level of 67 and provides 115 experience when made. There are only 2 ways to obtain an uncut onyx. * It can be purchased in the TzHaar crafting store for 300 000 Tokkul. If players equip Karamja gloves 1 or higher, this price is reduced to 260 000 Tokkul. * It is a rare drop from the Corporeal Beast.
In order to get a skillcape first you have to have 99 in that certain level. There are certain npc's all over runescape that have the person that sells the different capes for 99k each.
You don't need to get a cannon warrenty. You already have one! If it decays, then you can just get a new one for free from the NPC that sells them.
If you lose your ring (most likely because you died), you have to go back to the NPC that gave it to you. For instance, for the level 3 explorer ring, that would be Ned in Draynor.
