You can have them on some of the ps2 games, but not all. The best games to get are the computer games, what you have to do is, put a boy and girl that love each other and are adults, teens won't have babies, in the same bed. Click on on the sim that you are not being and select either WooHoo, or try for baby. Note that sometimes you may have unplanned pregnancies with just WooHoo, and when you try for a baby their will be music that you will hear, this means that you are pregnant, if you don't hear the music, then try for a baby until you do.
As far as I know the games to have a baby are Sims 2 and sims2 pets.
