1. Cargo Master (in the warehouse at Bouffant Bay) -- increases your cargo space on any size ship by 50%. His salary is 15,000 doubloons.
2. Navigator (in the pub at Parrot Port) -- increases the speed of any ship. Her salary is 12,000 doubloons.
3. Cannoneer (at the Cannonry atop the Pirate Outpost) -- increases the fire rate of your cannon, so that you can fire again before the first shots hit. His salary is 20,000 doubloons.
4. Shipwright (at the shipbuilder in Dragon Cove) -- makes partial repairs to damage on the ship without having to dock. His salary is 20,000 doubloons.
