Foulgaze is a red lost soul but with much more power. He lives on Olde Town.
Foulgaze is in a tower by the gate to Firecat Alley called Saphyra's (think its how you spell it) Tower.
beat lord nightshade foulgaze
There is not a specific level you have to be, all you are required to do is defeat unicorn way, cyclops lane, firecat alley, triton avenue and foulgaze
Well, once you reach a certain point in the game, Professor Ambrose will call you and give you a quest to defeat Foulgaze. After that you battle Lord Nightshade.
It doesn't matter as long as you have brought Firecat Alley and Cyclops Lane then did those quests then defeat Foulgaze and Nightshade for Merle Ambrose then enter Bartleby (FIRST WORLD TO ENTER IS KROKOTOPIA) XD .
do all the quests of nolan stormgate on cyclops lane, private Quinn on firecat alley, Stephanie gryphonbane on Triton avenue, ceren nightchant on unicorn way, and the headmaster. once you've completed cyclops lane, firecat alley and Triton avenue(ignore the sidequests if you like) you will be told to a)help out in collosus boulevard b)defeat foulgaze collosus boulevard is optional. defeat foulgaze, return to headmaster. you will be told to defeat lord nightshade. talk to the headmaster and you'll get to go to krokotopia! good luck! wat
To enter bartleby, you have to beat firecat alley and cyclops lane both then headmaster ambrose tells you to beat foulgaze, then lord nightshade, then after you have beaten them both, nightside(the death school under the waterfall)and bartleby are opened
You finish "Unicorn Way", "Triton Avenue", "Cyclops Lane", and "Firecat alley". Then after you do that you report back to Merle Ambrose and he'll give you a quest to defeat "Foulgaze" in Olde Town and defeat "Lord Nightshade" in Haunted cave. After you do that you have to go under the waterfall in The Commons and finally you get the quest to explore the Oasis in Krokotopia.
Getting to Krokotopia is very simple. Sort of. First, complete the quests "Rescue Report", "Danger, Danger!", and "Triton Report", Headmaster Ambrose will ask you to defeat Foulgaze. He's a pretty easy boss, so don't worry unless you've already defeated him. After you complete the Foulgaze quest, "A Look of Horror", the Headmaster will later ask you to find Stormdrain Tower. Within the foggy tower lies the boss of the first world, Wizard City, Nightshade. He's easier than he looks, but you will probably want at least one friend. After defeating Nightshade and all, you'll get a new quest from Ambrose: The Sixth School. After completeing Marla Stinger's quest, you should head over to Krokotopia. Talk to Bartleby, finish up his quest, and you're started in Krokotopia! ^.^
You can get one after Colossus Boulevard. You can also buy one from the bazaar in Olde Town. You can also get a myth staff from Foulgaze, a fire on from Alicane Swiftarrow, and one from Lord Nightshade. Usually any boss, except for Sergent Skullspitter and the Kraken and General Akilles. If you want to see what any boss drops, use this link. http://wizard101.wikia.com/wiki/Wizard101_Wiki
First of all, you need some Crowns or a Subscription. You can find out more at Wizard101.com. What you have to do is finish Unicorn Way. You get to 3 different streets. Two of them can only be accessed by Crowns or Subscription. After completing the storyline quests on all 3, you get a quest to defeat Foulgaze. Once you defeat him, you go on and defeat the last storyline boss, Lord Nightshade. After reporting back to the headmaster and exploring Nightside (The secret location of the Death School.), he bestows upon you the key to Krokotopia. You're Welcome! -Alia Lotuspetal, level 42 Theurgist
Edit: Finish all the main quests on Cyclops Lane, Triton Avenue and Firecat Alley, then defeat Foulgaze and then Lord Nightshade. After that, return to Ambrose to get the Spiral Keys for Krokotopia and Wizard City.Update: It costs real money to get to Krokotopia. You can either spend 915 Crowns at the Spiral Door, or upgrade your account via the official website. I would go with the Crowns option, since you can get much more than 915 Crowns for only $5, while an account upgrade costs $9.95 per month. But it's your choice! Have fun, and see you there!
