raiga is one of the seven swordsman of the mist who was akso a missing-ni considering they are all missing-nin now but yeah he appears in an episode with no purpose(filler) and he just basically whips on konoha's genin until rock lee comes along in his drunken state and beats the crap out of him all the while dodging raiga's naturally harnessed lightning
Raiga comes back at the end of episode 155 and all of 156 in Naruto Season 4
Something to do with thunder/lightning. That's what the suffix "rai" can mean, with the correct kanji.
lets jst wait and see!
A liger is a cross between a lion and tiger that is only bred in captivity. The Japanese word for liger is Raiga.
Zabuza Kisame Raiga (filler character) Suigetsu (took Zabuza's sword 3 years after he died)
A lightning claw technique doesn't appear in Naruto. You might be thinking of Raiga Kurosuki and his Fangs of lightning or A and his Iron claw.

So far in anime and manga till the latest episodes or chapter only 4 swordsman were shown Zabuza (main story) Kisame (main story) Raiga (in Naruto 1st season fillers)
In Anime that's based on manga, like Naruto or Bleach, they follow what the author of the manga writes. That way, they follow the story with each detail so if the author uses an old part, they don't have to worry about it. If they don't follow, their story falls apart. Fortunately, this also allows them to create fillers. Fillers are a series of episodes in the anime that use the original characters, make them behave like they normally would and send them out on their adventure. Fillers never contribute anything to the series, because when the filler arc is over, nothing changes that will affect the story. This buys the people working on the anime some time to make episodes that actually in the manga. The reason I'm telling you this, is because Raiga is not an actual character from the manga. In his arc, he was one of the seven swordsmen of the mist and a friend of crippled boy named Ranmaru. Although, Raiga dies by the end of the arc, Ranmaru lives and probably is still alive.
Dave Underwood has: Played Talos in "Crusher Joe" in 1989. Played Captain in "Taiho shichauzo" in 1994. Played Raiga in "Legend of the Last Labyrinth" in 1997. Played Akai in "Kite" in 1998. Played Chief in "Taiho shichauzo" in 2002.
Only two are known for sure: Zabuza and Kisame. In a filler arc in Naruto there is third named Raiga but it is unknown whether the arc is cannon or not, due to the fact that it is a filler. there is also Chojuro
Yes Rock Lee fights kimimaru when they are chasing sasuke. He also fights: Kongou in Naruto the Movie 3: Guardians of the crescent moon Raiga in naruto episodes 156-157 and Gitai in Naruto Shippuden the Movie 1 hope this helped ^^ (p.s. I think they should have showed him more)
