Arthur, Merlin and Mordred are my favorite! Arthur and Merlin are very funny and have fantastic chemistry like they could actually be friends (unlike him and Gwen :'( !!!!!!!!!!!!) and even though I know Mordred will kill Arthur, he is still adorable in a very dark way. Hahaa hope this helped!

Merlin was the fictional advisor of King Arthur. Geoffrey of Monmouth wrote about a character he made out of the prophet Myrddin Wyllt, and the Romano-British war leader, Ambrosius Aurelianus. This character was said to have a devil for a father.
The character of Merlin is often associated with Arthurian legends and medieval literature, but there is no historical evidence to prove the existence of an actual individual named Merlin. Whether Merlin was based on a real person or was purely a mythical figure remains unclear.

Merlin is a legendary figure from Arthurian legend, and as such, he is said to have magical powers and influence in the world of Camelot. There are no specific records or accounts of where Merlin went on vacation, as his stories are more focused on his role as a powerful sorcerer and advisor to King Arthur.
The title "The Dove" in the Merlin Trilogy refers to the character of Owain, who is known as "The Dove" due to his peaceful nature and white hair. Owain plays a significant role in the series as a close ally of Merlin.
