Who is the sticky Pokemon at the battle frontier on Pokemon emerald?

Smeargeali think its smergal because its tail is covered in stickey paint.

Its a sudowoodo, you have to water it then it will attack you

its a smeargal, you catch or beat the sudowoodo by watering it with the wailmer pail and the you surf on the area behind the sudowoodo and keep going until you find a cave, there will be smeargle in there from the level of 40-49.

No the level range is from 30-50.

Its smeargle and you better paralyze it because it knows sketch which as one pp and then it struggles unless you attack first with a move eg: ice beam then it will sketch your move and uses ice beam. But it will stop unless you use disable

Make sure your Pokemon is between 40-50 when you attack!

Lol! It is smeargle, but not because of sticky paint. It's because its body is sticky. As in like a stick. Thin. Smeargle's long tail. Smeargle's sticky sort of shape. He's standing right outside of the cave full of smeargle too.

It is a sudowoodo if you use your squirtbottle (If you don't have one talk to the lady at the flower shop in between Rustboro and the forest that I cant remember the name of) you can battle it. Keep lots of ultra balls handy. I can't remember what level it is so save before you battle it. That way you can put in your Pokemon of choice to catch it.
