they may be corrupt, missing dll files from the specific folder and any number of other issues. Its wise to uninstall and run the boot disk selecting REPAIR to fix any key file errors then install FSpassengers on its own just in case it is conflicting with an addon

you can get the twin towers into fsx by downloading it or setting the settings for fsx to realistic
YOu may need to turn up the special effects slider in the options section. further to that is that not all airports had their jetways coded in. There are some great airport downloads out there for free and some like UK Extreme 200 which make up for any missing airport features
